Nage Waza Techniques

Judo techniques can be divided into two categories. The first category is the tachi waza techniques. These are the stand up techniques. Kodokan judo recognizes 67 throwing techniques or nage waza. The second category is the ne waza or ground techniques. Over the coming months we will be adding to this page. Check back often for updated information.
